今天的线路

昨天对大家来说还是相对轻松一些的，大家最怕的还是长坡，陡坡。晚饭时大家又说又笑的，自信心又捡回了不少。看来大家的心情也如川藏线的坡一样，上上下下，起伏不定啊！当然，昨天的骑行中也有插曲，骑在后面杨源和Mr.Rain都遇到了冰雹，下图是杨源发出的朋友圈。其实我骑的时候就发现后面一大片乌云追着我，还有雷声。估计冰雹是从那片乌云落下的。

Yesterday was relatively relaxed for everyone. They are most afraid of long slopes and steep slopes. At dinner, everyone taked and laughed, and confidence picked up a lot. It seemed that everyone's mood was also like the slope of the Sichuan-Tibet line, up and down, ups and downs ah! Of course, yesterday's ride was not all The way smooth. The hail could be from that dark cloud.

早上醒来就能听到外面的呼呼风声。估计这草原上的大风能把我们的自行车吹得倒着走。我开始担心我晾在外面的衣服了，会不会被放风筝了呀？说起这衣服，真让人揪心。已经三次由半干变全湿了。每次只能无奈地带着湿衣服转移到下一个点。

When I woke up in the morning, I could hear the loud sound of the wind outside. It could be imagined that the strong wind on the prairie will blow our bicycles backwards. I'm starting to worry about my clothes hanging out. Will They be blowed away like kites? When it comes to myclothes, it's really a headache. They  experienced from semi-dry to completely wet for three times. I had nochoice but  reluctantly carry wet clothes to the next stop.

今早似乎头疼好一些了，不过现在下定论太早。昨天也是上午轻微下午变严重的。除了头疼，我发现这几天我的补了一半的牙齿也有些微微疼痛。出发前两周我去看了牙科，牙医告诉我他已经对牙齿做了消毒和临时密封，等川藏线回来再做牙套没有问题的。看来现在有些意外情况了。

I seem to get better on headache this morning, but it's too early to Say that. Yesterday The headache  Got worse in afternoon. In addition to headaches, I found a little pain in my half-repaired teeth these days. Two weeks before I left, I went to see the dentist. The dentist told me that he had sterilized and temporarily sealed my teeth. It would be no problem to do The rest job after i come back from  Sichuan-Tibetan riding. Looks like there's something unexpected right now.

再说说手机信号。昨晚我们驻扎的禾尼乡没有一点点移动手机信号和网络信号，骑友的电信手机倒是有信号的。不过酒店里有wifi, 所以没有让我们与世隔绝。

Let's talk about cell phone signals. There was no mobile phone signal and network signal in the village where we stayed last night. However One Rider who booked telecommunications service Got signal. There's wifi in the hotel, so we're not isolated from the rest of the world.

今天一早的温度是8度，这个温度对骑车来说还是有点偏冷的。当然等会儿爬坡会出汗，于是会又冷又热，如果再加时雨时晒的话就够你受了。这就是川藏线的魔力。

The temperature is 8 degrees this morning, which is a little cold for cycling. Of course, climbing will make you sweat later.  So it will be the mixture Of cold and hot, Sun and rain, Which will be enough for you. Perhaps this is the magic of the Sichuan-Tibetan line.

早餐管饱。对我们来说，无论爱吃还是不爱吃，都得吃。

李健被牛挡了  Yak stood in The way

又是一个徒步到拉萨的(下图)。他是从雅安出发的，已经走了17天。他说前几天下雨快天黑仍赶不到目的地，就搭车了，要不然半夜都赶不到。

路遇一骑友爆胎  One Rider Got Flat Tire

李勋(下图)，跟小刘一样，是在新都桥站点加入我们组的。他是在迪卡侬宁波公司工作，负责活动策划。这次已经是他第二次骑川藏线了。一辆公路车，车上的空间全利用了。行李是只拿必须的，非常简洁。也许是体重过大，到理塘时后轮坏了，换了一对轮组花了700元。他的蓝牙音响放在水壶架上，一路播放着音乐。

Li Xun, like Xiao Liu, joined our group at Xinduqiao. He works for Decathlon Ningbo Company and is responsible for sports event planning. This is his second ride on the Sichuan-Tibetan Road. He rode a Road bike and carried those only necessary stuff. He is a big-size guy.He had the rear wheel broke and So He changed a pair of wheels,  which costed him 700 yuan. His Bluetooth stereo was on the kettle rack, playing music all the way.

大约十一点半，我们终于爬到了海子山垭口了，海拔4685米。

下海子山，一路放坡几十公里，除了路面不平其它很爽！

午餐是在德达乡吃的，这是一个美丽的乡村。大家以为今天时间宽裕，所以吃得慢悠悠的，有几个饭后还打了个旽.  中午开始我又开始头疼了。我不知道为啥，也许我的氧气需求量比别人大吧。

刚进入巴塘县城时雨变得很大，我们都被淋湿了。所以到了客栈之后洗澡，洗衣等一阵忙乱，直到八点才吃一起晚饭。

今天的晚餐是这十天来最丰盛的。大家一起庆祝到了巴塘，进入西藏前的最后一个站点。明天本来是骑到西藏的芒康，但是目前金沙江那边的道路又被冲垮了所以走不了，明天怎么安排还得看道路的进展。不管了，先喝啤酒再说。
