昨晚下了整整一晚的雨，早上醒来躺在床上依旧能听到外面清脆的雨声。最讨厌下雨了，真的很无奈。没有雨就不是川藏线了，犹如唐僧取经如果不碰到妖怪就不精彩了。

I could hear the rain outside when i woke up in the moring. The rain never stoped last night. I hate rain when i ride bike. We had no choice but continue our riding. Maybe rain is part of 318 riding. It's like the Tang monk's ures would not be wonderful if he didn't meet the monster.

今天上午从新都桥出发爬坡21公里到海拔3940的高尔寺隧道，穿过5公里的隧道后一路下坡到雅江。下午比较虐。要爬18公里的陡坡，12个陡坡标志一路伴随提醒你，这也是318连续陡坡最长的。

This morning, we climbed 21 kilometers from Xindu Bridge to the Gorsi Tunnel, which is 3940 above sea level, and went downhill to Yajiang after crossing the 5-kilometer tunnel. It's more torturing in the afternoon. We climb an 18-kilometer steep slope. There were 12 warn signs Of steep onThe way. It is also the longest  steep slope on 318.

这是今天的爬坡地形图。在海拔三千多米的山上爬这样的坡只能匀速前进，保持呼吸均匀，否则会喘不过气来。

今天出发的队伍又增加了三个成员，他们是比我们早一天从成都出发的队伍，由于多休整了一天所以很我们汇合了。我们自己的队伍在前面丢了一个后来又捡了一个。

Today our team had three more members who left Chengdu one day before us. They stayed one more day in Xinduqiao and that's why we met. Our own team had lost one before and then picked another one later.

灵魂依旧在前头 Soul was ahead

李健依旧是那红色的夏季骑行裤。Li was wearing his red summer pants again.

李健这次来骑行似乎准备不充分。他到成都时什么装备都没有。从自行车开始所有的物品都是临时买的。他在9月1日之前不想让任何人知道他骑川藏线。

Li Jian seems not well prepared for his ride this time. He had no equipment when he arrived in Chengdu. Everything has been bought including the bike. He didn't want anyone to know he was riding the Sichuan-Tibetan line until September 1.

约10:00搞定了20公里的缓坡到高尔寺隧道口

出了隧道只能停下来加衣服，因为太冷。I had to put on more clothes after going out Tunnel. It was too cold on the top.

下山来到了松茸之乡

康巴的房子很漂亮

路遇三人一狗徒步去拉萨的

中午到了雅江县的八角楼乡。雅江属于康巴复地。先说说康巴，康巴亦称康区或康巴地区，主要由四川的甘孜藏族自治州、阿坝藏族羌族自治州（部分）、木里藏族自治县，西藏的昌都市，云南的迪庆藏族自治州，青海的玉树藏族自治州等地区组成的。这里人杰地灵，山川秀丽。那嵯峨峭拔的冰山雪岭，奔涌腾跃的急流大川，澄澈湛蓝的高原湖泊，牛羊遍布的绿色草原；那剽悍粗犷的康巴汉子，婀娜多姿的藏族姑娘，以及那绚丽多彩的民族风情，无不令人耳目一新，心胸坦荡，神往流连。

At noon we arrived at Bajiaolou Of Yajiang. Yajiang belongs to kangba heart land. Kangba, also known as kangba area, is mainly composed of Ganzi Tibetan autonomous  in sichuan, Aba Tibetan and Qiang autonomous , Muli Tibetan autonomous county, Chuangdo city in Tibet, Diqing Tibetan autonomous in Yunnan and Yushu Tibetan autonomous in Qinghai. Here outstanding people, beautiful mountains and rivers. The steep mountains of iceberg and snow, surging and leaping rapids, clear blue plateau lakes, cattle and sheep all over the green grassland; The strong and bold kangba man, the graceful Tibetan girl, and the colorful ethnic customs, are all refreshing and fascinated.

到午餐地点时，衣服全湿的，很冷，立刻烤火。

午餐在雅江恒森饭店。老板娘做的菜味道不错，我又是吃了三碗米饭，碳水补充足够了。每人25元，很实惠。老板娘来自乐山，租了藏民的房子在这里开饭店。房东是藏民，凌晨四点就进大山去采松茸去了，傍晚才回来。她说要是我们是吃晚饭的话每人35元还可以尝尝松茸炖鸡。这里藏民每年这个季节就去采松茸，为期一个半月，收入可达好几万。附近高山上还有虫草，不过这里的虫草产量没有理塘和青海的产量高。

Lunch was at the Ya Jiang Hengsen restaurant. The food made by the female boss tasteed very good. I ated three bowls of rice again, and  is enough to replenish myenergy. 25 yuan per person, very affordable. The boss is from Leshan Of Sicuan and rented thisTibetan house to open The Homestay here. The landlord, a Tibetan, went into the mountains at four o'clock in the morning to pick up pine antler and would come back in the evening. She said that if we had dinner, we could try the chicken stewed with pine antler for 35 yuan each. Tibetans here go to pick pine antler every year for a month and a half, earning tens of thousands of yuan. There are also worm grass in the nearby mountains, but the yield Of worm grass here is not as high as that of Li Tang and Qinghai.

下午一路爬坡路上这样的陡坡标志有12个。此时加上阳光火辣，骑起来有些不舒服了。真的是上路淋雨冻死下午阳光烤死。

不知道为啥雅江这边的小溪水都是有点发黑的。估计有什么地质原因。

路遇两位骑友，这哥俩说爬坡爬得腿都软了。

前面军事演习封路，所有的骑友都被挡在这里了，只能等待。此时离目的地只有4公里了。

大约傍晚六点左右我们到了今天的目的地-相克宗贡嘎客栈。如果不是封路的话还可以早到一个小时。今天是老布丁和我先到，灵魂随后也到，不过看得出今天的坡把他俩累得够呛的。大约七点钟除了杨源其它人都到了。杨源是推车党，他碰到陡坡都是推的，所以会多花一些时间。

今天入住的贡嘎客栈条件够呛的。伙计说在高山村庄里这样的条件算是不错了。我信他说得没错。将就着住呗，毕竟骑行318就是来受虐的。

讨论明天的攻略。明天的骑行基本都在4000米以上，翻越4440米的卡子拉山。扎营地在红龙乡，海拔4100米，真正的高海拔战斗即将开始了。
